The apartment accommodates six guests. Sleeping accommodation comprises a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, and a maid's room with a bunk bed. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided. There are three bathrooms; bathroom facilities include a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, towels, toiletries and hair dryer.

The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. A dining table and balcony complement the fully equipped kitchen, which has quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery.
