Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Direct beach access, with the beach steps away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Nearby construction is ongoing until July 30, 2027, and occasional noise may occur.
