House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Downtown Dubai is 10 minutes away and DXB Airport is 15 minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
