Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Direct access to Dubai Mall. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are within walking distance. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; a metro station is nearby.
