House rules
Maximum occupancy is five guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbours, and avoid disturbing noise during arrival, departure and throughout the stay. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches of these rules may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
