Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking results in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

Dubai Mall is steps away and within walking distance. Cafés, shops and restaurants are nearby, with easy access to the Metro, taxis and main roads.
