The apartment accommodates up to seven guests in two main bedrooms and a maid’s room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the maid’s room has a single bed. Sleeping areas include linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. There are two bathrooms; bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer.

The living room has a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a central island, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, glasses and cutlery. A dining table and balcony access are provided.

Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, free parking, elevator and gym. An electronic safe, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided. The swimming pool is closed for maintenance until November 27, 2026.

Evidence of indoor smoking results in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
