Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall is just steps away. The building swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
