House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, the Dancing Fountain and Burj Khalifa are a five-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, and a metro station is nearby. The building pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
