## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and has two bathrooms. The master bedroom has two king beds, two single beds described as loft beds, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. Linens, pillows, blackout shades, wardrobes, nightstands and reading lights are provided. The living room includes a sofa, smart TV and coffee table.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle, plus glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. The dining table seats four and has balcony access. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, towels, toiletries and hair dryer.

Guests have access to a gym and pool, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, and a 24/7 concierge service. Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee, an electronic safe and a baby crib are provided. Air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace, washing machine, dryer, iron, hangers and elevator are available.
