House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.
Getting there
Beach access is available. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
