House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00.
Getting there
JBR beach is across the street. The building is directly on the marina, and the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause noise or other disturbances.
