Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Marina Beach, Marina Walk and Dubai Marina Mall are minutes away.
