Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Blue Waters is within walking distance. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Ongoing construction nearby may cause noise. The building swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until November 30, 2026.
