House rules
Submit soft copies of guests’ passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
