Submit passport copies before the check-in date. Use the apartment for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fees. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Direct access to Marina Walk. The Metro and Marina Tram are nearby; JBR and The Beach are a short walk away.
