Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Al Furjan Metro Station is a nine-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
