House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial use. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur an AED 600 charge. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; violations incur a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Circle Mall is a 3–5-minute drive; Dubai Hills Mall a 10–12-minute drive; Mall of the Emirates a 12–15-minute drive; Dubai Marina a 15–18-minute drive; and Downtown Dubai/Burj Khalifa an 18–22-minute drive. Dubai International Airport is 25–30 minutes away, and Al Maktoum International Airport is a 30–35-minute drive away.
