Submit soft copies of guests' passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
Getting there
Navitas Tower, DAMAC Hills 2, has easy access to Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road and is 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Malibu Beach is temporarily closed until 6 November 2026 due to maintenance.
