House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential/domestic stays only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Return all access cards in good condition at checkout; a lost access card incurs a replacement fee of AED 600. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking results in charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Private beach access is available. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Parking includes one underground garage space.
