Submit soft copies of guests' passports before the check-in date. Use the property for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
