House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Private beach access is available. Grocery stores and restaurants are a five-minute walk away. Reem Central Park is a three-minute drive away; Reem Hospital is four minutes, Shams Boutique six minutes, Reem Mall eight minutes and Galleria Mall ten minutes by car.
