House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
Direct beach access is available; the beach is a 5–8-minute walk away. Dubai International Airport is a 20-minute drive away and Dubai Marina a 30-minute drive away. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
