This newly built apartment accommodates up to four guests and has one bedroom, one bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private sea-view balcony. There is a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a TV, a dining table, clothing storage and a safe. Linens, an iron, a hair dryer and bathroom toiletries are provided.

Cooking facilities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils and cooking basics. A baby crib and high chair are available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, elevator, free parking and a laundromat. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Port de La Mer has cafés, restaurants and boutique shops, with access to Jumeirah Road, shopping malls and supermarkets. Direct beach access is available, and the beach is a 5–8-minute walk away. Dubai International Airport is a 20-minute drive away and Dubai Marina a 30-minute drive away.

A Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival. The team contacts guests after booking confirmation, and assistance is available 24/7 before, during and after the stay.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
