Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a charge for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
