House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; guests must avoid noise disturbing neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
Getting there
Guests have direct beach access at Emaar Beachfront. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
