The apartment accommodates up to two guests and has one bedroom, one bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the sea and Palm Jumeirah, modern furnishings and a bright open living space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils and cooking basics. A dining table, wine glasses, coffee and a trash compactor are provided.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a swimming pool, gym and elevator. The apartment also offers a washing machine, TV, private entrance, safe, clothing storage, hangers, iron and linens. Bathroom amenities include a bathtub, bidet, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel. Cleaning products, a laundromat and cleaning before checkout are listed. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

The apartment is suitable for children and infants, and a baby crib is available. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony.

Guests have direct beach access at Emaar Beachfront. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; guests must avoid noise disturbing neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
