House rules
Maximum four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; avoid noise disturbing neighbors at all times, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional charges depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
Getting there
Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dancing Fountains are a short walk away with no roads to cross. Dubai Metro is nearby. Dubai International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
