House rules
Submit soft copies of passports before check-in. Use the apartment for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge. Do not smoke indoors; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.

Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and DXB Airport are minutes away.
