House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

Burj Al Arab, the beach and Souk Madinat are minutes away.
