Submit digital copies of guests' passports before check-in. The property is for residential guest stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
