Submit passport copies before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.
