Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden are minutes away. Dubai Autodrome, Mall of the Emirates and Global Village are a 15–20-minute drive, depending on traffic. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are nearby.
