House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
Getting there
The Beach is steps away. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Heavy construction near the building may cause noise and disturbance between 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00.
