House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. Residential stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking results in charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Beach access is available. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
