Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. My City Centre Masdar Mall is steps away. Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island attractions are a short drive away. Hospitals and clinics are a 10–15 minute drive away.
