Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
