Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. Domestic stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fees. Return access cards in good condition at check-out. Lost-card replacement costs AED200.00.
