House rules
Submit soft copies of guests' passports before the check-in date. Residential stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at check-out. Lost access cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge.
Getting there
Direct access to Gate Avenue. Financial Center Metro Station is minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Nearby construction is expected to continue until the end of December.
