House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and City Walk are minutes away. Restaurants, a salon, laundry services and a supermarket are nearby. Ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause occasional noise or other minor disturbances.
