Submit digital passport copies before check-in. No smoking inside; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Commercial business operations are not permitted.

Beach access is just steps away. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations.
