## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to three guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the living room has a sofa bed, smart TV and coffee table. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. Cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided. There is a dining table and access to the balcony.

Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, air conditioning, a washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace, gym access, an electronic safe, an iron and a baby crib. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided. Three lagoon pools are free to use; access to the main pool costs 150 AED per person.
