Submit soft copies of guests' passports before check-in. The property is for domestic stays only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
