House rules
Maximum occupancy is three guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; avoid noise that disturbs neighbors at all times, especially 22:00–08:00. Parties and pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Children under 14 require supervision in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
