House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.
