The apartment has a living room with a sofa, pillows, smart TV and coffee table, plus a private balcony with a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi currently has no hot water. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room has one floor mattress. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a central island and a dining table. Equipment includes a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold running water, cookware, trays, glasses and cutlery.
