House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; guests must also avoid noise disturbing neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00, including during arrival and departure. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
Getting there
Private beach access is available. The apartment is on a high floor and has an elevator. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
