Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains and Dubai Mall are a 15-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
