House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation use only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains are a five-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible. The shared pool is closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
