House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Parties are not allowed. Do not disturb neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Guests must not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional charges depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
Downtown Dubai is 10 minutes away and Dubai International Airport is 15 minutes away. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
